Authentication Guide

Infinite Canvas Stories supports email accounts and optional Google sign-in through Better Auth. This guide explains the account access controls available to product users.

Sign in with email

Enter the email and password associated with your account. If the service requires email verification, complete that step before trying again.

Use the password-reset link on the sign-in page if you no longer know your password. Reset links are time-limited and should not be shared.

Sign in with Google

Google sign-in appears only when the service operator has configured it. Use the same email identity consistently to avoid creating a separate account.

Manage active sessions

The account security page lists the session controls available to you. Sign out when using a shared device, and revoke sessions you do not recognize.

Protect your account

Use a unique password and keep access to your email account secure. Infinite Canvas Stories will never ask you to send a password, reset link, OAuth token, or API key through the contact form.

Access protected pages

Account, credit, billing, storage, and creation pages require an authenticated session. If a session expires, sign in again and retry the action.

Troubleshooting

If a verification or reset email does not arrive, check the spam folder and confirm that the address was entered correctly. OAuth errors can occur when the provider is not enabled or when the browser blocks required cookies.

For unresolved account access issues, use the contact page. Do not include passwords or authentication tokens in the message.
