Infinite Canvas Stories provides account-based access to a hosted creative workspace. Access depends on the active plan and available credits shown in the application.

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate applicable laws or the rights of others

  • Upload malicious code or content you are not authorized to use
  • Automate abusive requests or interfere with other users
  • Misrepresent your identity or account permissions
3. User Accounts

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions

Example plans renew monthly or annually until canceled. Plan limits, included credits, and the renewal date are shown before checkout.

Billing

Charges are processed by the configured payment provider. Taxes, currency, and payment methods depend on that provider and your location.

Refunds

Subscription refund requests are reviewed against the configured credit-usage threshold. Eligible requests receive a full refund through the original payment provider. Credit package purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Send requests to support@infinite-canvas-stories.test with the account email and provider transaction reference. A refund does not cancel a subscription unless cancellation is also confirmed.

Price Changes

Infinite Canvas Stories may change future plan prices after giving any notice required by applicable law. Changes do not alter completed billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Engage in unauthorized access or hacking
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
6. Intellectual Property

The Infinite Canvas Stories service, branding, and original application content are owned by the deployed application operator. Replace this example with your actual ownership terms.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability
